So far, we are pleased with our new GE Cafe double wall oven. Although the original delivery date given to us by Vince was missed, we weren't surprised, since it's pretty typical these days. The scheduling over 3 days of the disconnect, delivery and installation was a bit of a pain, but the work was carried out efficiently. All in all, a good experience.

The shopping experience was helpful, quick and timely. We found the right washer for our needs and the salesman had courteously guided us through the choices. The delivery was prompt and we were told the day before when the delivery would happen. The servicemen installed the washer carefully and effectively. They also showed us how to work the machine. From beginning to end we were pleased with the service at the store and at our home.

Very Bad Experience. We bought 3 appliances, Fridge, Stove and Freeezer. All 3 appliances came with issues. We called after sales service for our Fridge. Their technician could not help us, the problem started again. We had to call another technician to fix it. Please don’t buy any appliances from this store.

We had shopped around for a freezer at other outlets with no help. However when we went to Tasco, our sale representative helped us out in such a great manner. He asked us questions that helped him find exactly what we wanted and needed. Absolutely great service. We also received our appliance in a few days. Great delivery service as well.

We purchased a Dacor cooktop in November 2021 and received it in November 2022! No problem, as the house had other pending issues too.. We moved in the house 6 weeks ago and after using the cooktop for the first time, one of the burners burst and we had smoke and gas smell all over the kitchen. We contacted Dacor customer service and after following the instructions over the phone and resetting the cooktop we felt the problem was solved. A week after, same story happened. This time the severity of the burst caused the cooktop to lift from the countertop and caused some cracks on the knobs visible in the attached pictures and you can imagine how scared we were using the cooktop any longer. The problem was just with one of the burners so we started using the other burners with fear and at the same time we called them again and we were told that someone will contact us to come and take a look. One week passed, no news from Dacor. We contacted Tasco and asked them to replace the Dacor cooktop with any other brand as we can no more trust Dacor's products and customer service and even offered to pay for upgrade if neccessary. We were told not to worry by Tasco as they will replace it with another brand. A week later we received an email from Tasco that a report should be prepared to deem the cooktop unrepairable and we have to allow an inspection. We asked for the inspection after the second incident, didn't we? One week has passed. No news from no one. After contacting Tasco customer service we were told that the representative in charge hasn't come to take a look at the file yet and they can do nothing about it. Very disappointed with Dacor firstly and secondly with Tasco.I am editing the review 2 days after their technician finaly came. THE COOKTOP WAS LEAKING GAS FROM ONE OF THE BURNERS AS YOU CAN SEE THE BUBBLE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE GREEN SPONGE IN THE ATTACHED PICTURE. I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THEY PLAYED WITH OUR FAMILY LIVES BY NOT TAKING OUR REQUEST FOR AN URGENT VISIT OR EXCHANGE SERIOUSLY.
