Crazy long wait even u booked an appointment! People at the reception talked about this is a walk-in clinic and bla bla. Then what’s the point of me or anyone else booking appointments? And this is not all. Don’t wanna judge anyone, but honestly this place is not worth ur time!

I don't see a point of booking an appointment prior to visiting when we still have to wait. I was called in earlier than my scheduled time and was made to wait for almost an hour to meet the doctor. After meeting with the doctor for the first time, he answered general inquiries and walked out without even verifying whether I was good to go. I thought he had to get something so while I waited for him to return another patient walks in for their turn. It was an absolute waste of my time so I walked out. Safe to say that the wait time is long as I see other reviews says the same thing.

Doctors are nice and friendly. The front staff also very helpful and treat everyone good. Highly recommend to visit this clinic.

Very unprofessional and rude behavior of receptionists. Doctor is never available whenever you are in need. Thinking to switch to some other family Doctor. Long waiting time even after appointment.

Dr Jonathan Fan is the absolute worst I was sick for 3 weeks and I went back every week to get it checked out he would give me a different medicine every time and wouldn’t help. Tried to get me out as quick as possible without spending time to see what was wrong. Staff is very rude as well. Do not recommend.

Dr.Fan is extremely unprofessional. He acts as if he's some celebrity everyone is coming to see. What a downgrade from Dr. Sharma. Some of his receptionists are terrible too. Not only are they annoyingly rude, but they simply don't know how to do their job. There is one shorter receptionist who is very kind and patient. The other two should be fired. I swear this place should close down or get more qualified doctors. I'm switching clinics.

Please avoid this clinic!! I have done a test here in January and waited three months for the result. The receptionist just kept telling me it was delayed because of covid. If you have a bit of common sense, even if it’s covid it will not take three months long to just get a test result. Now it is April, still not heard from them. I have been calling every week and kindly ask if they can call the lab to track. They just did not care.Do not waste your time in this clinic. Go somewhere else.

Revolving door for doctors. Not a single physician stays here longer than a year. Not a single one. Avoid it, better off going to a urgent care/walk in. This place should be called doctor in training, will leave shortly.

This place is strange. I arrived for my appointment early. After a short wait, they called me into one of the small examination rooms. The doctor got me mixed up with someone else. Some other poor patient was waiting for a long time before me and they thought I was that person. I am concerned medical records of different people could get mixed up.Why is there no answering machine for the main number? I called a few times, it just rings over 20 times and I give up. No greeting, no information on hours of operation, no voice mail.
