Walmart Photo Centre

Their passport photo quality is garbage. I had to get the photos redone at Pro Photo Shop (within Walmart) which prints excellent quality pp photos. Not recommend as I wasted my money there. The guy at the shop was nice though.

It should be zero star really. I took my 2yr old there for his passport photo. The lady photographer there was so unprofessional. My bub readily sat on the chair. She was on phone call after making him sit for photo. My bub sat quitely and didn't scream and very nicely sat there for around 20min. She took some pictures and asked us to give him some snacks as he was not closing his mouth. When I helped my bub to close his mouth, she said he's still opening his mouth from right side. Come on!! How could you expect small kids to be like perfect models. The last thing that she did disappointed me. My bub fallen down from that high chair and hit his head and was crying continuously. She is really ridiculously unprofessional. Please don't visit there

Charged me $35 for passport phots then after trying I go back 2 days later the guy was to busy then I went back 2 days after that and the guy working didn’t know what to do so asked me to come back when a manager was in. 2 days after that and the place was closed and supposed to open at 3pm so I went back around 5pm and they were closed closed. It’s pathetic how this place is run. Never making the mistake of going there again.

When people with their head covered for religious reason needs a passport picture from this branch, they may be asked for opening their cover! Don’t listen to them!!! Immigration is ok as soon as their face is clear.. I invite management to warm their staff not to ask their customers opening their religious clothing.

Ordered pics on a Friday...4 days later still waiting for an email to pick up pictures. I had to call the store and couldn't get through to the photo dept. After speaking to 3 different people I was put through to someone who said my pics were ready. I asked where my pick up confirmation was . Didn't get sent out. Pictures quality was a disappointment too.

Not very happy with Walmart photo centre. Ordered next day posters for my Father's funeral and 6 days later they still are not ready and the funeral was yesterday.

just sharing the quote and for context it was ten minutes before closing (4:50pm)“….i can’t retake your photo because you don’t like your hair in the picture honey!!”Go figure for a shop that sells pictures as a service !!

The photos were of poor quality. I used Walmart photo lab because I believed it was better than printing them on my home printer, turns out I was wrong.

Ordered two 6x8 albums 1 glossy 1 matte. Of course they can’t even pay enough attention and made them both glossy! Thanks for nothing Walmart! NEVER AGAIN!
