Pros:- The prices are decent. Something is always on sale.- Large selection of items from different brands.- The store is bright and roomy and welcoming. The biggest I've been to so far.Cons:- Very difficult to find an employee. There was one cashier and one person on the sales floor. For a store as big as this, there should be way more people working.- The one employee that I did find seemed exhausted already. It was only 11 AM. I found that odd. But he did help me locate my item and answer a few questions I had. This is the only reason I didn't give this place one star.- There are no signs anywhere. I ended up walking through almost every aisle searching for my item before finding that employee.- I don't think their air conditioning system works properly.- I saw a rat zipping through the aisles.- The cashier wouldn't stop pressuring me about their extended warranty. It was incredibly irritating.- The store could've been cleaner. There seemed to be a layer of dust on everything.- I don't know who is in charge of the music but it was so random. At first it was classic rock. Then it switched to some intense orchestra. Then it sounded like some kind of upbeat Kpop? All in the span of about eight minutes. Uncomfortable.The only way I'd come back to this location is if I'm picking up an online order. In-store shopping experience could've been much better.

Nora was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. She should run the store with her excellent customer service and smile. Was great shopping experience with her. You must do something about the other dead beats at your cash. No smile and terrible service skills.

Nicest Canada computers hands down. I usually do pick up orders and have had no problems.Don’t really know how staff are if you do ask questions and how they deal with problems, but pickup usually a breeze.

Great shop, they have a lot of hardware in stock and usually have exactly what I'm looking for at a competitive price, great sales too, picked up a deal on a USB thumbs tick yesterday. What they do lack is floor help, only place you can find someone is at the desk and if there's actually someone working the floor to help costumers there's only 1 or 2 and they already busy helping someone else

Very bad service staff there do not care about you. they just want your money, they do not care about your preference or anything, one of the staff just told me buy it or leave it. I thought they are supposed to be good, well now I know.

BE CAREFUL with their Price match policy.I happened to be traveling to the area and thinking about picking up a new case for me PC. Called ahead and confirmed that they DO Price match Newegg. Went into the store (after a long drive), picked up the case, but was told at the checkout that somehow the price needs to include the shipping cost as well? But I am picking up the case in store? Why would I pay for shipping if there IS NO SHIPPING INVOLVED? Waste of time and gas money.

Few minutes of waiting in line and no employee offered to check me out. Long wait times to get an employee to help out with questions or getting something behind the counter. Also they are really pushy about extended warranty.Lot of products and very spacious store.

Love the selection and the website/app setup is hard to beat, but really disappointing when you place an order which is supposed to be able to be picked up in 1-2 days, it’s three business days later and now you’re being told another week because it’s being transferred from another store.Are they walking it there, dog sled maybe?It should not take that along and the staff wasn’t even apologetic. I expect better in this day and age.

Good customer service. I wanted to buy a PS5 DualSense controller. I asked the employee where it was he told me the exact location, opened the cabinet and handed me the controller. He said that I get the warranty so if stick drift ever happened I could come and get my controller replaced. Overall good work! I hope to build my pc here in the near future.

Got 2 computers and we are happy with it but... They had the incorrect case on the website image. Was disappointed because we really liked the front glass case but got a case with a metal front.
