Purchased skate skis for my wife and me a few years ago and received excellent service. We are currently purchasing classic cross country skis for our kids and grand kids and have received top notch help from Bruce and his staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic bike shop. Came in on very short notice. They were able to fit us in and do some upgrades to one bike and install a very complicated rear bike rack. We were on vacation and didn't have much time and the service was second to none.Well equipped bike shop with very friendly staff. I think I was dealing with the owner.Would buy from here again!

Awesome service! Was passing through Truro and realized I forgot an important part of my kit. They did everything they could to set me up and help me out. I have to say, it's hard to beat a local, community bike shop for friendly service. If you're a local in Truro, or passing through, definitely worth stopping in.They also provided some insight into the local trail scene/détails too!

My wife and I spent more money here than we expected to on our visit because we were pleased with our service from their representative. The person who was talking to us helped us map out a trail through Victoria Park since we were visitors in the town for the first time ever. They were extremely helpful and friendly.A very nice, clean and well-kept store. if I ever have to make my way back to this town again I'll be sure to stop by and say hello and probably buy something outrageous like a super-bike.

I’m a little late posting my review. Bought my dream bike from Bruce and Daisy in February 2020. First rate service! Bike arrived on time (precovid...), really enjoyed the fitting and helpful advice. I’ve put plenty of kms since with absolutely no adjustments. Daisy also helped me find a buyer for my old bike. I’ve recommended Hub to friends looking for bikes and they also had a great experience. They came away with the bikes they needed and were not oversold. Highly recommend Hub if you’re considering a new ride!!

I have been dealing with this shop since Bruce and Daisy first opened years ago and it is absolutely amazing. Always friendly knowledgeable staff who are always willing to help you out. We are buying a new bike for my son and they take the time to size you up for the proper bike and go over the bike with you. Love this place for all my biking needs!

Just got my rim back and hub it is so poorly done. Half the spokes are loose and bent in the middle.(not sure how they did it..). At first when I seen the rim I was going to get it was just about brand new, no scratches or anything. Then today when I went in it was all scratched to peices. And to top it all off they tried to raise the price. When I was dropping my hub off the guy said $159, after taxes. Then they said it cost over $170. So they looked on the list and there was stuff that wasn't supposed to be there.. This is the last time I'm going there.

So pleased with the friendly, knowledgeable service I got today as I purchased new cross country skis and boots! ( The snow WILL come and if it doesn't, I'll find it somewhere!). So good to buy a premium product locally at such a competitive price! Hub is my go to place" for skis for sure!"
