Kevin and the installation team were great. I found the carpet I wanted easily at a price my husband and I were both happy with.Installation did not take long and the team was friendly and thorough.From quote to completion I was happy with the prompt, friendly service and how the new carpeting came out on my stairs and landing areas.Would recommend and would use again.

Talk to Bashir! Purchased all of our LVP from Bashir and I could not be happier with his service. Friendly, good knowledge of products, great pricing, and he took all the extra steps to make the entire process seamless from purchase to pick up. We were in the market for some carpet to re-carpet our cat tower. The associate knew exactly what carpet we needed and where to find it once we mentioned what our project was. We were able to purchase some scrap carpet for a fair price.

We were very impressed with this company. First of all, it was a pleasure to deal with Bashir Sumar, the owner. He knows his products well and quickly directed us to the right carpet. His installer, who has been working there for 33 years (!) was a pleasant, dedicated man, who did a wonderful job. Being a home builder, I have seen many installers in my 32 years of being in the business, and Bashir's installer ranks among the very best. I highly recommend this business!

If you are considering Global Carpets as your flooring supplier then look no further. When it comes to service they are first class. Ash was our representative and he could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and expertise made our decisions considerably easier. The installation was absolutely superb and our installers were very accommodating. A great job and we have had comments from many people including a friend who is in the construction industry. We urgently needed to remove and install new carpets at our condo which was badly damaged by bad tenant ( evicted by RTB). Owner Bashir took time out to get correct measurements and arrange removal/disposal and installation of new carpets within 1 days notice. We cannot THANK him enough for his kindness, efficiency, understanding and stepping up and helping with our difficult project. Everything done to perfection by his installers as he promised. Greatly appreciated

Kevin and the gang were great. Very easy to talk with and do business with. They did a great job. Firstly, we had the wrong measurements for our bedroom which resulted in different sized carpet. The installers quickly went back to the shop, and returned with a newly cut carpet and installed it all within a couple hours without any fuss. It was truly a hassle free and easy experience. We are very happy with our new bedroom carpet.
