Terrible service. Selection is only so-so.Visited the store, as we have several projects to do in our home. On entry, we could see the 2 staff in conversation with a 3rd person, unclear if this was business or personal. After a few minutes, one of the individuals approached, and asked if he could help. We indicated we were working on projects at home and had a few things to do. He pointed us towards products, and walked away, rejoining the other conversation. No questions, no feelings of warmth. No explanation that he was with another customer, and would come help us soon.We felt the selection was limited; everything looked like hardwoods or engineered hardwoods.We left shortly thereafter. Plenty of alternatives to choose from, with better service staff.

This was my first vinyl install and they made it easy and looks amazing! They came out twice to show us samples to ensure we got the vinyl flooring we wanted. Once they received the vinyl flooring they scheduled the install for a few days later. The installer was professional and answered all my questions. The installer did a great job and cleaned up after install. I would highly recommend this company for future flooring installs.
