Had a 2-piece suit dry cleaned at this location. The service was very quick and efficient. The suit came out very clean. There was a couple of stains on the jacket which they cleaned off no problem without any damage to the material. Very reasonable prices too.

I've been going to Busy Bee for quite a few years and although I live in New West, I believe they are the best in the city at what they do. Recently, I had one of my shirts altered and there was a slight mishap... Any case, long story short. Sheryl and her team were extremely professional, kind apologetic and took ownership for the mistake. They also went much out of there way to make it right. Their team and operations is extremely professional. I will continue to use them for years to come.

I wanted to take some time to share my experience with this amazing group of people… life gets busy and I have lots of work clothes that I’m tired of washing and ironing myself. Their service is amazing… I downloaded the app, created my account and can do everything right from the app. Their locker system is incredible. I can drop off and pick up during their hours or after hours and that’s the best part. Everything is cleaned and ironed to perfection and so quick. When my clothes are ready, I get a notification and I can pick them up when it’s convenient. You guys have saved me so much time and have made the sometimes challenging process of getting clothes cleaned easy, efficient and seamless. Thank you so much for what you do. I wish they can give me a more accurate quote next time. I brought in two hiking shoes in the beginning, the staff told me it would be $30-$40 for each pair of shoes. However, when I picked them up, they charged me $140 in total.

I find the prices are a bit on the higher side, but quality is great! Also they usually finish faster then they advertise. Thank you, will be coming back!!

Although the service was fine, the price was higher than what I pay in other locations. (About 10$ higher).However, my biggest shock was to be asked for a tip. Why would I tip you? Am I not already paying you for your service?I am appalled at how people expect to be tipped for nearly everything nowadays.Won't be going back again, feels like a scam.

I was looking for a dry cleaner by my house and this one popped up. They were super friendly and great customer service. I dropped off my coat right when they opened and despite them telling me it was going to be 2-3 days, it was ready in the same day! The prices are reasonable too! Highly recommend!

I used their new drop box service yesterday and I could not be more pleased. They have an app to use the dropboxes. I was able to drop off my items in a secure location in under a minute. I received notifications as they processed my items and when they were ready to pick up. The app again automated the pick up and I done in about 30 seconds.
