A Good Guy Moving Ltd.

If you want an insured moving company, don’t use A Good Guy Moving. Although they claim to have insurance, they don’t want to use it. These guys were great for the actual move but when we reached out to them about a damaged item, they ended up completely ignoring our phone calls, emails, and text messages. They moved us on August 31,2022 and we have yet to hear back from them about compensation for our damaged item. It’s unfortunate because we have used them multiple times and recommended them to friends and family. But lack of communication or accountability speaks volumes to their business ethics.

Jeff is very responsive, the work was being done fast and professionally. Our stuff was handle with lots of care. This is our first moving and it has been a great experience with A Good Guy Moving. Thank you Jeff and the team so much! Highly recommended!!

These guys were great!! I had no problems with booking and they showed up at exactly 10am as promised! I don't see any issues with my furniture they transported! Jeff and his coworker were super nice guys. I would book them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for taking the stress out of my move! :D

So these guys say they have 30 years experience , when in fact the owner himself is only 35 . They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered . They over charge customers and laugh about it . Anything gets damaged and you can pretty much guarantee to not see any kind of remorse or monetary value from it , they will use the completion form or contract as a means to get out of paying for it to get fixed . Please do not use this moving company , they are the exact opposite of their company name .

Used A Guy Guy Moving a couple times before and again today and the 2 gentleman that moved us were very careful, professional and all around amazing. Especially considering a lot of the moving was up 1 or 2 flights of steep stairs. I felt terrible for all the work they had to do, they were super great and hard working. Very fast and efficient, polite and professional. Thank you guys so much! You made moving into our new much smoother! :) would definitely recommend them to anyone moving, save your self the trouble and get these guys!Ray & Keith

Very professional, neat and organized when handle my house hold items. Had all the proper equipment. Worth hiring for your moving needs. Had Jeff and Brandon for movers just spectacular gentleman

I'd never heard of these guys before, not through advertising or word of mouth, but I needed to try to book someone for Monday, on a Sunday, and am so glad I went with this company!From the get-go, Jeff was responsive, provided pricing, and clarified what needed to be done and when. We agreed on a time and the team showed up with a FAT trailer behind them, ready to go. They came in, got to work, and were careful with walls, and the freshly cleaned floors (sorry guys!). They moved everything I needed out with speed and efficiency, all while being just nice guys to chat with and presenting professionally. They even helped me move a couch back into my house (they were hired for junk removal).Hire them. These are the guys you want. Reliable, honest, responsive and damn efficient. I don't know what all the competitors cost, but I know these guys are worth their pricing. Thanks again to Jeff and team, I'm pretty much never moving my own things again ;)

Nothing but positive things to say! Brandon and Mike Showed up and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Most folks expect their moves to be stressful and a pain in the a$$. The energy that B & M brought into our home was unmatchable! You want an easy move? Look no further!

These guys are Good Guys.Very hard workers, Mike and Brandon came in and git the home emptied and pack professinaly and unloaded into new home.Recommend this company as the guts were great and got it done with no hassles.

Amazing service, quick, affordable, punctual, professional, kind, and they went above and beyond. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE I know. Forget any of the negative reviews you see.I found this company on kijiji and reached out (about a month prior) for my move on April 14/2022. They responded quickly to my text message and were able to accommodate that date with the moving time of 1100 like I requested. They also moved my sister the previous week (I referred her to them), and everything went smoothly for her too.On the day of the move, I was suffering from a back injury and was unable to do much. The two man team went above and beyond to assist me with moving and were so attentive to my preferences regarding furniture placement. They even helped me to remove a pre-installed shelf in my new apartment to fit my dresser in the closet. They were also very careful with my items including a large box of houseplants which made it to my new place unharmed. The move took 4 hours and I was given an incentive discount for referring my sister. I gave a large tip for their efforts as they deserve more than just the hourly rate.These guys are awesome and I am so thankful that I hired them. 10 gold stars! Thank you so much Good Guy Moving!!!
