I always want a service by which work gets properly done on first visit and so does it happened. I was given service by a lady named Leena and it was perfect. She explained me everything in detail, given me variety of options and with best customer care service. For sure, next time I will refer to everyone to visit same location.

Great service. I got a new phone. And the next day I got a call to come back in for some free accessories and $50 worth of PC points. I was given an otter box case and an extra charge cord for my car. Very pleased with the service here.

Bought phones from these guys in the past and always had a decent experience. Tried calling today to ask a couple questions, guy I spoke to said he was busy and will call me back in half hour and after he called me back he tried switching me from Koodo to Virgin which I said the plan would still be $50 but I would have 2G less data so he hung up on me before I could ask any other questions. I always believed in supporting local guys but I think I’ll stick to online shopping from now on

As a previous best buy employee, I am familiar with the buying a cell phone experience. But shopping at the mobile shop for the first time made me feel like this is how the experience should be. Harry helped me pick out a new phone and even got me an amazing deal on the phone that I really wanted. He was very friendly and I felt like he was helping me out like an old friend instead of trying to sell me something. I had the greatest experience at this location today. Not only was Harry very attentive, he quickly processed my upgrade and even had the phone (which wasn't in stock) sent to the location that is closest to my house. He gave me some perks and his courteous service put a smile on my face after a very long day. I would definitely go back and buy from Harry!
