I love this Starbucks location. They were very kind, very friendly and even though the girl there made a mistake on my coffee she was willing to make me a new one but since I hadn't tried that kind of coffee I just accepted it. I thought it was nice that she offered to make me a new 1 and told me if I didn't like that 1 she would definitely give me the one I wanted. A big thank you to Starbucks!

Staffs weren't friendly and horrible service specifically the two big ladies, they need training on customer services!!! If someone suggested what I'm ordering they should elaborate it more. As a new customer I didn't get enough help what was needed that moment!!!

Friendly staff in a clean environment. Drinks are always tasty and correct as per your order. Also attentive when browsing the drinkware merchandise on the wall, regardless of line up. One of my favorite Starbucks in Winnipeg.

I just spent 7 bucks on a drink I can't drink. I go to Starbucks daily but am working out of my neighborhood today so came here. There wasn't any foam. The milk was too hot. Really disappointed and I can't go back because my break is over.

This was a good location for a long time up until recently. One of my favourite drinks is the iced shaken espresso, I always ask for no ice because it’s still a cool temperature (from being shaken with ice) but not watered down once the ice melts. I only have an issue with this drink at this location with two different baristas there, they tell me I have to have ice because it’s shaken with ice… I understand that that, but they don’t understand that they can just strain out the ice like everyone else just does automatically. I don’t think they understand where they work, and I don’t understand why no one else there corrects them. I’m not paying that much for a watered down coffee and the looks that they give me because they don’t know what they’re doing.

The matcha latte with chestnut praline syrup is one of my best Starbucks experiences ever!The chestnut praline syrup intensifies the matcha flavor and makes the latte much creamier.
