I have been living in an apartment with Jass for over 12 years now. I have 0 complaints. Its a nice clean quiet building. Anytime I had any issue with things to fix they would send someone immediately to come. I would recommend.

Maria is fantastic! Anytime I needed any assistance while living in the 2277 Erables building from November 2021 till May 2023 I heard back super quick. The shared spaces were always kept clean as well.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was a nice studio, with all the appliances needed and the services included even the Internet, which was a really good differential among other buildings. The neighbors are really quite and tranquile and the administration is very responsive. The only drawback I would find sometimes was the shared laundry room, some tenants are not attentive to their clohes and they could leave them in the machines for hours limiting the access to other tenants, but I'm sure the administration is already handling that matter. Overall, it was a great quality-price relation to choose this building.

Just have the worst experience with them I tried to call them for an apartment in Ville St Laurent and the person who answered the phone could not speak in English to top it up they seem to choose the kind of people they want to occupy their units worst worst service ever.

Management was so hospitable and kind with very good communication. The building and apartment were very clean and well-maintained. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about the comfort and well-being of their tenants.

Great experience! Maria was super helpful! She was able to show me the apartment, guide me through the application process and answer all my questions (which were many). The webpage (building stack) they use to manage everything is amazing. I like the rent payment options and requests system.I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for an apartment in Montreal, quick response time and great communication with Maria!

Great experience! Maria was very professional and helpful with setting up all the documents before we came to Montreal. The apartment was in very good shape: spacious and modern. When we would need help with repairings or other things inside the apartment, our concierge Denis was always of great and direct help.
