Been going to dr. Khan for 6 months now. It started out with shorter appointments but once I got to know him he really got to know me. It takes a while for him to warm up to you. He has a lot of people coming in just for drugs. He wants to make you feel better and he will just give him the chance. Such a great guy. Brought me back to myself again.

I've spoken to several psychiatrists and all of them spent several times as much time going over my issues, prescriptions, and diagnoses as Dr. Khan. They also disagreed with his assessments. This is not a surprise given he spends an average of 3 - 5 minutes on each patient, and comes across as extremely rude and arrogant. Almost made me cry, and mocked and invalidated my issues.

Despite having a confirmed phone appointment, he never called, but they claimed they did, lying to my face. When I called the receptionist, she was extremely rude and unhelpful, and they refused to book another appointment for me. She even hung up on me when I insisted. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional establishment.

The worst receptionist. She does not listen to what you're saying. She will only give you the same information even if it does not apply to your situation.I do not recommend this office.

My son's initial consulation was July 28th and the doctor gave him 6 minutes 37 seconds on the phone and said would refer to counselling. Things are not going great and still no call from mental health so follow up appt with him today. He spoke to my son for 1 min 31 seconds and said okay we revisit in 2 months? He asked my son 4 questions the last one being Are you taking any medication" my son said No. Okay
