I really like FnF as a chain pot shoppe. They are always courteous, friendly and willing to help.The only reason for a 4 star is I particularly like the concentrate side of the house with high THC.I have bought several defective grams of their concentrates, from different locations, where at least 50% or more was leaked out of factory container and into the retail packaging. I bring it back to show what has happened and they say they can't help because because the packaging is open and supplier ( yes, called them too) says they have no control once it leaves to the compound.The only solution to it is either get their Diamonds" which is like a very brittle rock that you scoop up and put in your rig or not smoke at all. 35-50 dollars with more than 50% cull rate.They told me that it's hard to stay in a container because it can get liquidy when warm and a few other doozie answers. I'm near 50 years old and from an area that only has hash or oil ( east coaster ) and not once did oil leak out of a 5 gram glass vial with the standard black screw top

Hands down my favorite weed store in Westlock! Gorgeous store, knowledgeable staff, friendly and always happy! Their GM is definitely doing someone right.Highly recommend!!!

Went in there to buy a vape. They were very pushy in selling me this certain one and said if I had any problems whatsoever, I could return it. Well, I took it home and it did not function AT ALL. I drove all the way back there from out of town to return it, but was told (somewhat rudely) that I was out of luck and could not take it back. I feel scammed out of $80 , 1/10 would NOT recommend . Horrible customer service. The pic is of the product so no one else falls victim to this. I will never be going back there.

Staff seems to know about the products and are helpful

When they first opened I noticed a lot of the staff just completely made up the answers to questions people asked them. Today the staff seems much nicer and knowledgeable, the prices are a bit higher than other options available though.

Today I went in to pick up an online order. When I walked in I was told they didn’t have it. This is the 5th time this has happened to me in 2 months. When I asked about a similar product I was again told they didn’t have it. I asked if they could give me anything close to that price and he kinda laughed and said no.I have been coming faithfully to this location since just after it opened and the last 4 months everything has went downhill. I realize they have been short staffed and every other time I happily have said no worries and bought something else. Today I asked what was going on? And they just shrugged. No one seems to know why their inventory is incorrect regularly. To the short bald guy yelling have a good day repeatedly in a condescending tone while I was leaving…….learn when to shut your mouth, that isn’t good for business. I will NEVER step foot back in there again. The St. Albert store has control over their inventory and had wonderful staff that knows how to treat a customer. As for Westlock I will now be taking my business to Choom.

Always an amazing experience at this location the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable!! They always find what I'm looking for and are always patient and ready to have a good conversation! Definetly recommend!!!!
