Great Insurance agent. I was genuinely guided by Agent Randeep Romana for my car insurance. It was my first insurance in Canada. I talked to some other insurance companies also but was finally satisfied and felt comfortable with these guys. Highly recommend because they are genuine people

Do not recommend this agency. Was treated with disrespect and talked down to. Was pushed to add my husband on to my insurance because he lives with me. I said no...he's not the owner or operator, so the agent added him to a black list so he can never even borrow my vehicle if he needed for whatever reason. Seemed like they were trying to get more money out of us. We called around and got a great deal..almost saving $1000/year and my hubby is not added to a black list. Honestly, this agency seems like they lack customer service skills and could care less about keeping your business. Cannot wait to cancel my policy and move on to a better company.

I think this is the second time I have talked to him. If you don’t have the patience working in the customer service field, don’t work here!!
