Take 5 Oil Change
Have been using these folks for almost 10 yrs. All of my vehicles (usually 4-5 cars in my family). Never had an issue until recently. Although it was a minor issue, the manager at Take5 went over and above to make it right. So in short I will continue to take my cars here and they provide top quality customer service!

Take 5 Oil Change
On June 22, 2021 got an oil change from Take 5 for the first time, they charged me $84.73. A couple weeks later I noticed oil on my garage floor. I assumed that the oil change was done correctly, so I took my vehicle to the dealership to check it out. The oil filter was leaking because it was too loose and the oil pan drain plug gasket was leaking because it was over-tightened. I called Take 5 to explain the situation, they never returned my phone call. It's just an oil change, it's pretty simple...unless you go to Take 5 in Strathroy. I do not recommend this business.

My son went into this location here in Strathroy Sunday December11th. He asked for a oil change and was completely shocked when he received the bill of $163.84. The staff need to be up front with customers on your prices. I have never in my life paid $163 for an oil change. I called the location, as I was the one who told him to go to your location, to ask why it was so much the technician named Steve replied back, Because that's how much an oil changed Cost" in a rude tone. We will never return to your location again!! We are new to Strathroy

$124 for oil change. I understand the rising cost.What used to be standard- fluid checks and top ups are all marked as not checked on my receipt. More interesting was the blatant and falsified statement that “no checks @customer request”. Spilled oil over the motor. Keep your eyes open future patrons. This household is will redirect three vehiclesUpdate: Take 5 suggested I call through to their customer service. You can leave a message and that’s as far as you get. No call return going on two weeks.

They didn't tighten the tires right after a winter tire change. They could be removed by hand.Won't go back so didn't bother complaining as I'll never feel safe again.

Great service. The technicians are awesome and very friendly. Highly recommend if you don't have the time or space to do an oil change at home.

This place is easy to do business with, not to mention cheaper than doing it myself. To buy the oil and filter myself from Canadian tire was almost $50 more than Take 5 charged me, plus they topped up my washer fluid at no charge. Thanks guys!

Really bad service, they do not know how to threat their new customers and have not experienced with tires. So if you want to safe time and money , just do it yourself or pay at a legit place which usually is a bit pricy but it’s worth than coming to this place. People and the owner are bad at communicating and not as friendly which makes you feel mot welcomed. By far the worst in the automotive industry. DONT GO HERE! NOT HONEST !
