I placed an order for a sandwich and they didn't have the ingredients I wanted, so when I asked what I could use instead the manager was very rude and talked down to me. Horrible customer service.

Woman made me wait for her to finish 5 Uber and skip orders before taking my order. Told me the guy was here and then I watched the drivers come in after the fact. 25 minutes before she took my order with a lineup forming.

I work in the area and this is the only gf option nearby. They advertise gluten free bread but the franchise owner chooses to never carry it in stock. Staff said the manager doesnt want to order it. Total GF fail subway, thanks for leaving me hanging/hungry at work.

The place is located on a ESSO gas station lot, next to the dépanneur. Good for those who fill up and then eat. Receives a crowd of travelers at Gatineau Park.

The service here is reliably hit and miss, sometimes servers are happy and care to be accurate, and sometimes, well.... I get the feeling that I'm bothering them. We only go a few times a year and always around an early supper time, so not sure why this is inconvenient for them. Food is usual quality, fresh, okay price, etc.
