In February 17 Stan gave me a 2 months plan to work on, I did follow he's step by step recommendations, In April 17 I got approved with a very good rate. I feel bad for Stan, because all the phone calls/emails and the pressure I gave him during the process! he always been friendly and customer service oriented.
