I'm not a car expert, but I was impressed with the staff and the information provided following my oil change re. manufacturer recommended maintenance that was needed. Booking the appointment was easy, they immediately offered a loaner vehicle, had the work done when they said they would, and charged me what they said. I will definitely use them again and recommend Vaughan Auto Service to others.

If you want your car to be taken care of then search no more as Vaughn auto service is the place to go! They really treat you and your vehicle like Gold. I was very impressed by their service especially Jamie at the front desk who was very courteous. They truly understand the need and service accordingly. Their shuttle service is an excellent add on which I was pleasantly surprised with.

Vaughn Auto Service has taken care of my car for the last few years. They were always available when my car broke down or had a flat tire, one time even picking up and dropping off my car at my house free of charge knowing that I had a small baby at home. Their prices were always reasonable compared to competitors and they were always very professional, detailed and kind. I will continue to be a loyal customer due to their great service.

The office staff and technicians were very professional. I was given a detailed report of the issues with my car based on priority. My car was serviced on time, I got a loaner car and they were so kind to even clean it! Would love to come back again.

I've been going to Vaughan auto service for a few years and I always get excellent service. Parts being serviced usually come with a warranty which may help reduce costs in future repairs, and a point system exist that accounts for additional savings. I would recommend checking them out.

This was, without a doubt, the most positive experience I have had at an auto shop. The communication around what service was required, complimentary loaner vehicle, and quality of work were all excellent. I will be returning to Vaughan for all my C30's work from now on - and I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

BJ and the team were wonderful, they took me in on the Friday before Canada day as soon as they could. I really appreciate the prompt and convenient service. They were thorough to check for any issues of my car and suggested other services that may need to be done with the detailed report they gave back.They weren’t pushy with unnecessary services, great communication over the phone, and answered the questions I had well. They also provide fair prices too. We have been dealing with Vaughan for several years, they always go above and beyond! Appointments are prompt, and we receive up to the minute updates. I prefer taking my vehicle there instead of the dealerships. Definitely recommend!
