Bill’s team from Premium Granite just finished our kitchen Reno today and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome!! Can not believe how precise Mica was with the measuring and cutting of the stone, it fit like a glove. The two fellows from his team today were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Originally met the owner, Bill, at the home show. This is right after the previous countertop company that I was going to deal with took my deposit and went sideways. I told him about my experience with the previous company and we got along well so I ended up wanting to go with him, and he made a great suggestion on the stone and sink to be installed. I was happy with him up until post installation. Unfortunately, there were some obvious deficiencies and they also they used 'pieced together' off-cuts instead of a full slab (when I had paid for a full slab). I would like the job to be done correctly. Bill said that he would come back to fix it and then despite several attempts I have not heard from him again. Moving forward I will need to be more firm with holdbacks, and I will now have to go via small claims court to get remedy.

I have had a substandard experience with this company. I paid a 50% deposit the first week of October and picked a piece of in stock quartz for my small kitchen reno. I explained I was looking for a quicker turnaround hence my choice of in stock stone and was assured my small job could be completed quickly. Many messages were left before I even got a measure a month later and after no calls regarding install I finally had to request my money back. I'm sure there were reasons for the delays but the issue was terrible communication and false promises. When the owner finally called he didn't think the stone I had chosen was even in stock anymore. I would strongly recommend against this company if you expect clear communication and reasonable timelines.

Have been dealing with Premium Granite for over 18 months trying to get 2 kitchen door units that were paid for up front. The communication has been unprofessional, ignoring calls and emails and getting in touch once in a while to let us know they are in the process of staining the doors. A few months ago, a rep- Julie- came by to take our current kitchen doors to compare the finishing varnish, we still haven't received our new doors and I haven't been able to get a hold of the company for months. I've offered to pick up the doors in their current state, saying I don't need the final varnish layer etc, I'm finally giving up on ever seeing these doors or hearing back from this company.

We just had our counter tops all replaced in our home. 3 bathrooms and our whole kitchen. My wife and I are very impressed with the whole experience dealing with Premium. The installers were fast and very efficient and professional. The final product is awesome. The cost was very fair to do the job. We were recommended to use Premium and we also will highly recommend to others to use them as well.Thank you very much!Brian

Premium Granite did an outstanding job replacing our dated countertops! From the quote to the install, we were very pleased with the work done. Julie's estimate, Sue's follow up, Brian and Ryan's install as well as David and Sophie's cabinet work.....we could not have been more pleased every step of the way. Couldn't be happier. I had my job price estimated by Costco, Home Depot and one other local granite supplier and Bill was less than 1/2 the price. The time frame was within 2 weeks from measure to install. I am notoriously indecisive and the staff was very patient and helpful. Bill even recommended Solid Footing Floors for my backsplash and saved me even more money. 10 star rating if I could. (Pictured below is Good Stone 9505)

Have been using this company for 6+ years. Their service has always been outstanding. A big shout out to Lydia who went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend this company for their friendliness and professionalism.

One star for the guys in the shop who cut the stone with great precision and attention to detail. One star for the fabulous installation team - so professional, did such a beautiful job and were a pleasure to have in my home. 3 stars are lost for the front of house & management of this business - totally unprofessional. Here are my parting words to the company that I feel should be shared with anyone who is thinking about hiring this business:Good morning Lydia,I got your message yesterday and yes, you may use the card that you have on file and forward me copies of the final billing once processed.To say that I am happy in your message was a bit of an overstatement. I am happy with the product and I am happy to have had such a professional group come for the installation. However, what I have experienced from your business prior to the installation was not at all what I could call a happy experience. To have my slabs mysteriously disappear and then to have someone try to trick me into taking a product that was not even remotely similar was not cool. Then to send me on a 45 minute drive each way to look at a replacement product that was also supposed to be identical and turned out to have kind of an unattractive flaw was also a bit disappointing. Then to be called 1 hour before installation to tell me that the plumber would not be available and I would have to find my own for $150 was an absolute joke, not a very funny one either. I shouldn't have to tell you that a plumber won't even walk through your door for $150. I also shouldn't have to tell you that arbitrarily removing things from a signed contract is not legal and not cool. It's really disrespectful to treat your clients this way and I don't think I will be able to hire or recommend your company again. I hope that things go a little better for your future customers.
