I have been working with Tony for over a year and it has been a remarkable journey. I do not recall feeling this good ever!! I had my first session with Tony recently. He was kind, inviting and held incredible space. I felt very safe in his clinic and was able to learn go to a lot of heavy feelings and self criticisms I’ve held for some time. I wept, but that emotional release was desperately needed.I left his office feeling calm, relaxed and giving myself more grace.
