Very clean store and we'll organized. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Prices were comparable to many other pet stores but this shop has pet supplies I've never seen before. So I didn't leave empty handed lol

Amazing staff and pricing. They have a groomer in once in a while that will cut nails on dogs, cats, rabbits you name it. Great Raw selection as well.

This place is great! Our favourite pet store! I find their prices to be cheaper than global for dog food and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.Bought our new puppy a gold tag for her collar and got it engraved in minutes for $13.99.

We love coming back to this store for our cat food. They are more reliable than the bigger chains we find. Also the online delivery is easy and reasonable free shipping spend minimums help too!

I've visited this location a few times to get some birdseed. The store is very clean, neat and organized.Access to the parking lot is a better now that most of the construction for the LRT is complete.Staff are always ready and willing to help find what you are looking for, and know the products that they carry.I like going here to get my feathered friends their food. The website can identify stock levels, and is pretty accurate too!

Staff is great with a good selection. My only complaint is ths disconnect between the website stock and what's in store. Generally glad to go back, but there is the occasional hiccup.
