How can you confirm your appointment if no one ever picks up the phone called for a hour straight and no answer specialist are hard to book so thanks for cancelling our appointment because you people can't pick up the phone like the one review said useless

Dr Tsui is compassionate, thorough, and just simply amazing. Even though he could find nothing wrong with my heart, he gave me a thorough examination over several office visits trying to get to the bottom of my shortness of breath.When he ruled out all cardiac problems he referred me on to another specialist and we discovered that it was asthma.Your heart will be an excellent hands with Dr Tsui! I wish all doctors were like him.

Dr. Tsui has been wonderful ever since I have met him. He's personable and takes the time to listen.I had been going for annual echocardiograms for my mitral valve and he commented I needed to have my echo done 2x/yr because of changes to my aorta valve.That change saved my life. Because of Dr. Tsuis recommendation I had my valve replaced earlier than any of us could have predicted.The surgeon at RCH said I dodged a bullet and wouldn't have survived a cardiac event.Dr. Tsui continues to be a supportive Dr. and I feel fortunate to have him as my Cardiologist.

Great Dr Wasn't even my heart ! He set up referrals to see other physicians for me , Waiting time really doesn't do that to see him either, he is very thorough !I think that if somebody had a bad experience with this doctor it's not the doctor it's the person , Some people you just can't help !!You are in good hands with this man !

Vacation and chill mode. No one picked the phone, it was an emergency. Prior, all the important appointments that should have been done in person whatsoever were done on the phone. Patient’s no more.
