I keep getting calls from this place for over more than 2 years and never answered. I had to google what this place is about because they never leave messages. Now, based on other people’s reviews: I’ll never donate to this organization. Also, please stop calling people, especially those who haven’t answered to your calls for more that 2 years.

Considering collecting electronics for repair and recycling to benefit OFCP, I looked at the reviews to see how people with CP and their families regard this organization. I was shocked by the 2 star rating, and disgusted to see that the low rating is generated from people whose donations of clothing pick up went awry. SHAME ON YOU! Have some common sense and contact the people, probably volunteers, who do the picks ups. Do not smear a charitable organization's work over this, regardless of how frustrated the donation process was for you. I encourage you to withdraw your review and rating.

I really appreciate that OFCP offers and does an excellent job of picking up donations right from the home. They are very organized and I hope our donations are help a good cause.

I just recently recieved a call and donated. I even got a confirmation the day before. Clothes got picked up on the day off agreed date. Instrcutions was clear. We have to give them time to pick up as at time esp weather could be a factor. We even received a paper that it was picked up. Not sure why other people are complaining of calls for I always get good customer service with this organization, good and professional communication is key. Keep up the good work as a lot of children needs your organization.

Called twice to confirm my address and pickup date, gave them extra info on the phone, lady said she would make a note" and everything would be taken care of. Yesterday they were supposed to pick up the donations and they're still here. Called me today to tell me they had the wrong address although I confirmed with them twice over the phone and twice over email and they acted like it was my fault. Nice. Try to be more reliable

Someone called me, asked me to donate used clothing, gave me a date for pick-up, then reminded me the day before the scheduled pickup. No one showed up. I called CP and left a message, however, no one had the courtesy to return my call. I will not donate again.

My pick-up experience went off like clockwork. I have a couple of other avenues for the occasional clothing/toy/appliance donation when it's convenient, but thought I'd give OFCP a little bit of that this time around:I received the call; basically said yes"; was given a date a little under two weeks from then

Communication was off they said they drive by my house but I think they didn't see my house due bushes and the fact you have to walk up to the doorway.

OFCP calls me every couple of months and I try to help them out. I look all over my house to find things for them. This time I've had stuff on my steps for two days. Yesterday, I called them three times and finally they told me that the driver was going to come today. After coming home and finding the stuff was STILL on my front steps, I was told that the driver didn't bother to tell them that he hadn't come to my house. I actually had to ASK for an apology. If they can't take the time to let me know they aren't going to bother to come, I can find someone else to donate to. Organizations like this should hire people who know a bit about common courtesy because none of the people I spoke to had any.
