From my first contact with Chris to solving my roofing problem was a dream. He told me the time frame when his staff would be at my place, and they were right on time, Floria came to my door after inspection and told me what he found which was nothing he could observe. Thank goodness for cell phones I had made a voice message of the sound/ noise and he went back up and found the problem, loose chimney pipe . Today is windy and no noise/ clanging.
