The Civic Blinds team did what they said they would do. They came out, showed me my options, made solid recommendations. The price was reasonable. Installation was easy and efficient. Very professional overall. I am very happy with my blinds!

The team at Civic Blinds will not disappoint. I had multiple quotes as I like to be thorough with any contracted work. The professionalism was evident from the initial phonecall inquiry. After a prompt visit to take measurements and guide me through the process, I was pleased to see a very reasonable quote. The installation went flawlessly. If you are wondering whether you should go with option a b or c, trust me. Go with this team.

We were extremely please with our new blinds. We were most impressed with the people involved in removing our old blinds (Yvan) and replacing them with the new ones (Adam). We were very satisfied with the outcome.

Will was very professional, gave knowledgable advice on the best type of blinds to suit our place. We appreciated his patience with our questions and no pressure. Adam did a fast and clean install.The blinds function well and look modern.

If I could give them no stars, I would. In less than a year, we have had numerous problems, including solar panels that don’t work, blinds that are stuck shut, and a motor that has completely failed. When we pointed these out four months before the warranty wore out, they ghosted us entirely. Just no replies to our numerous emails asking them to fulfill their warranty on the blinds. Don’t use them. Go somewhere else,

I strongly recommend… Will came to our place on time, was very professional, gave awesome advise on best type of blinds to suit our home. No pressure sales and was straightforward with us (no surprises) The blinds are amazing, really updated the look and feel of our place. Installer was fast efficient and did great job. 5 stars all around!

My experience working with Will and Civic Blinds was just great and completely exceeded my expectations. I found the quality of interactions with Will, Alyssa, and Yvan excellent - this is clearly a team that works together to provide a great customer experience. I was particularly impressed by the follow-up and how quickly I was able to get my blinds installed (which are also great quality). I had an abysmal experience a few months ago with Costco and Hunter Douglas trying to get this job done - terrible service, late to appointments, and no follow-up, I really appreciate the effort the Civic Blinds team made to give me a seamless experience and great product (at a significantly better price) - thank you!

In May 2021, my wife and I took occupancy of a home we had purchased in West Vancouver. The househas very large glass skylights approximately 20 foot from the ground in the entry hall. In addition thelounge area has a large solarium. The house faces Southwest and receives much sunlight throughoutthe day and early evening in the spring and summer months. After interviewing a number of firms whooffered various off the shelf solutions which were not practical or viable, we engaged Civic Blinds whorecommended the installation of solar powered blinds on the inside of the skylights in the entry hall, aswell as smaller blinds on the inside of the roof of the solarium. The installation of the solar poweredblinds was particularly challenging given the approximate 20ft elevation of the skylights. The Civic Blindsteam did a masterful installation in both areas of our home. They attended at our home on a number ofoccasions prior to installation, to develop a customized solution, to check the accuracy of measurementsand to show us various samples of the materials The installation itself was completed efficiently andwith a minimum of disruption. . I strongly recommend Civic Blinds. Their personnel are courteous, veryknowledgeable, careful and efficient, and their technical team are first rate.

I recently ordered roller blinds to help with decreasing the amount of light that comes in through our large business windows. I had reached out to Will whom was very informative, clear, and direct with his recommendations and where I would be able to find the most value. Once we determined what would suit my needs best, he organized his team who came to install the blinds. The installer Mike, was very professional and was quick to complete the installation.
