Karachi is not only the financial capital of Pakistan. It is also the food capital of Pakistan as well. Among the other street foods of Karachi, Biryani is one of the most famous and favorite foods of this city, and Student Biryani is a leading Biryani food chain of Karachi. That's why Student Biryani franchises are open in different other countries as well. In Canada, we also have a franchise in Brampton and other cities. As it is a famous franchise of food, people visit this place to get the taste of back home. For the same reason, we visited Student Biryani's Brampton location last week. The restaurant was well decorated with pictures and history of Student Biryani's but when we ordered Chicken Biryani, Bihari Kababs and Chicken burgers we found the taste of was not even close to real Student Biryani we used to eat in back home. Food was served in disposable containers even though we were dining in. The quality and quantity of the food were also very disappointing.

Worst experience ever! The Naan/Roti was completely burnt. Very embarrassing when i got the food home for my guests. Had to make Naans separately. Asked Student Briyani staff to compensate for this, to which they completely refused. Poor customer experience and extremely poor and disappointing food quality.

13$ For a Biryani portion with two chicken pieces and potatoes.Big portion easily serves 2 .A bit on the spicy side.

ZERO stars. Too oil, too much food color(see the photo attached), tasteless, nothing like Pakistani original Student Bryani. I think the cook isn't Pakistani. Advice get any authentic Karachi cook. Otherwise, u will get the worst reviews.

Do not eat here! Very small portions, expensive for what you get, inauthentic Indian food. Worst biryani I’ve ever had… it’s just boiled rice with mixed vegetables. I wish I read these reviews before eating here. Ordered paneer and it was half filled with 4 pieces of paneer for $13.99 + tax. Terrible!

Ordered chicken Biryani boneless. 15 dollars . Absolutely no value for money . Very less chicken and that too so stale and chewy . Never will get from there . Absolutely useless . They should shut down and not fleece people .

Pls carefully Wht you order you will not get that so before leaving the restaurant you check you order. The Girl which is taking order on front she does not know anything.I ordered the chicken briyani she does not gave us a Raita and after calling her she said that a very small portion of raita this kind of answer i got and the worst is you will get free Cockroach in Chicken korma.

Dined in n had a Take out. Dine in experience was good, however the take out food was pathetic.I ordered 3 chicken Biryani for l take out with extra potatoes. I reach home, to find out the potatoes were rotten with fungus on them.The Biryani was smelling n couldn’t be touched. When I called the restaurant, the manager incharge told me that I was wrong.Once I told him, I will bring the food right over, he asked me what I wanted from him. I asked him just to be careful when packing food, n the reply I get was, I will give u a free Biryani next time u come and the phone was slammed on my face.I called again n this time, again the phone was slammed shut.Staff was rude. My children tasted some of the Biryani before I noticed it was bad and I hope they don’t get sick.
