My flight from Montreal to Toronto took more than 1 hour;Due to the storm, my flight was delayed several times and finally rescheduled for the next day and I had no option for a refund because I had a very important business meeting. The only positive think that all the staff speak French and English.

My first time taking this airline from Toronto to Montreal and back. Flight going there was delayed by two hours with no effort to keep passengers in the loop.Flight back was cancelled with ZERO explanation why.I am missing a morning work meeting and half a work day thanks to you.You impacted my work and personal life negatively.Have been on hold with your awful customer service number for 35 min.First and last time flying this airline. Awful experience. You simply do not appear like an airline that puts customers first.

No service agents to help you before 1.5hours of the first flight. Also their logo appears in the automatic kiosk but they arent in the machines so you can't check-in in advance. I arrive 2.5hours in advance to pass security and have peace of mind, Porter does not do this

My flight from Montreal to Vancouver was canceled only 6 hours before taking off at the midnight. A new flight had been re-booked automatically with a 10 hours layover in Toronto airport. It was ridiculous since they had denied to refund to original payment due to airport restriction(I don't trust).I lost a day of my trip!

Website says, 1 personal item - Fee free" But they charged $60 for my carry on bag and wouldn't let me bring it in the cabin. I had no extra bags."

3 cancelled flights later and I finally made it to my destination. I found out that one of my rebooked flights was due to a staff shortage, which I find quite absurd for an airline.

Canceling connecting flights while customers are in the air, then telling them to wait 24 hours with no comp. Not happy? Complain online...I would be out of business offi answered my customers that way...Very poor after sales service

Porter has proved to be utterly incompetent at managing flights to and from YUL. I'm writing this review as I'm stuck on the tarmac at YUL and will likely have been delayed by 3hrs for a 1hr flight before we take off. I could've taken the train and likely would be only an hour later getting into Toronto. The only thing Porter is doing is apologizing for the delay, which is simply not good enough. The desk at the gate was also awful at updating customers of the status of the flight. As well I had a flight cancelled last year outright with no replacement flight same day. I can't recommend strongly enough against using Porter to fly from YUL to YTZ. Beyond frustrating and I don't expect Porter to do anything about it. I refuse to book with them again.
