Generally well made food, but the constant hiccups with orders is truly displeasing. If you can, go to the southern one on Bayly, they have far more consistency with orders, especially later in the day.Otherwise this one is just fine, just double check everything you get, they are prone to *forgetting* your order.

The location is a Wendy’s/Tim Hortons.I live in the neighborhood so we frequent the Wendy’s 2-3 times a month and the Tim’s about a dozen times a month. This review is about Wendy’s.The food has always been consistently good.The drive thur although sometime slow is probably your best bet.The dining room is much slower imo.I worked at a Wendy’s as a teenager. So it’s kinda upsetting when you see certain things.The front of house staff more often than not seem like they really don’t want to be there and are doing us a favour by taking our order.The dining room is shared with the TimHortons.It’s generally dirty,sticky and dirty tables.garbage bins over flowing,floor sticky with spilled drinks.I haven’t been brave enough to use the bathroom after reading and seeing pictures of a reviewer. So I don’t know what the current conditions are now.Overall.Good consistent food.Somewhat okay service.Dirty dining room.

I would go to the South Ajax Wendy's, we came just before 6 on May 31 2023 and the condiments station was not done the garbages where full and people have just left food trays out on tables because garbages where full. Manager was out on break and saw all of this and did not recognize the problem after her break. Tables where dirty I cleaned our table in front of manager.

This is a review for the Wendy’s breakfast sandwich.The sandwiches were very tasty and filling. It was warm and put together nicely.The coffee was really bad in taste.The reason i gave it a 3 stars is because the customer service is terrible. It took forever to get my order through the drive through and it wasn’t event that busy.

One of the worst locations. Rude staff that are inattentive and treat customers like numbers and not people. They can’t be bothered to listen if you ask them for no salt on the fries or to even make a smile.The food is subpar, compared to other locations. Just avoid this one.

Second time to be this Wendy's, the food is as good as all the Wendy's, but the services manner and sanitary conditions are unacceptable. The tables are not clean and washroom is very duty. They don't give the receipt unless you asked for, we asked, but it can't see the details of our order and amount we paid for. Also we understand we shoud show the proof of our vaccined and IDs, but while I ordered food, my wife taken care our little one, the waitress seems didn't care about it and pushed me to get my wife to show her the same information. I told her I'll let my wife to show her after I return to the table to replace her to take care our baby. After my wife went to say her, but she left for cooking.... anyway it seems this location of Wendy's is lack of management indeed. Hopefully it can be improved.

I Went to get food at this wendy's the other day and I was very disappointed with the customer service . The person that cashed me out was fine .I had a issue and asked for the Manger. The manager I spoke too his name was Michael veryyyy unprofessional and rude. He was not helpful whatsoever. If this is the way he speaks to customer he needs to be fired right away.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any burger joints in the whole Toronto especially wendys. In the frst bite itself the chicken hit me different then when I took them apart the chicken was not at all grilled or cooked whatever it’s just a frozen chicken which they gave it to me in a drive thru at 9:50. Never ever going to this particular wendys

I was getting a frostychino and wanted to mix vanilla and chocolate, which is what I normally do, and the lady said they can’t make any modifications.I got my drink and it was bitter and just full of ice! If this is what their customer service and quality will be like, I will no longer be going to Wendy’s!

We ordered a chicken burger and we were served with a long hair inside the chicken burger. I gave the burger to the server and asked them to give me a new one and waited for 10-15 minutes, no update. When I went back and asked the supervisor, she was not even aware of the situation, she apologized and made a new one in 2 minutes. So please make sure that you check inside the burger before you eat. Just a caution.
