THANK YOU to Darryl and Lori for this amazing service you provide to so many students over many years. My son lived in the Brick house and we HIGHLY recommend everything about this. Fantastic landlords who provided fully furnished rooms with the option to move out and return after a work term! So reasonable for all that is provided including cleaning of the bathrooms!! Beautiful character homes and wonderful kids sharing common areas, but only 2 to a bathroom! My son enjoyed his experience, made new friends and wishes New Generation had some rooms to rent in Saskatoon! 5 Stars all the way. We are so grateful to have gotten into one of these houses!

Its not about the facilities and safety which Darryl provided for me he is the most warm hearted , kindest person I have met.I feel lucky that he took me in his umbrella.I have stayed in grafton and currently staying in brickhouse…no one does student housing like him in whole Moose Jaw❤️❤️

I can't say enough good things about New Generation Student Housing! Darryl is the best landlord I have ever had! I have lived in over 4 cities and moved seven times and living in the Mansion was the best experience I have ever had as a student. It was so nice to be able to move in and not have to bring in any large pieces of furniture. I moved every 4-8 months for my co-op programs at the Saskatchewan Polytechnic Moose Jaw Campus so having a room at the Mansion was ideal as I didn't have to bring any kitchen utensils or furniture. Darryl is always available to help you with anything you may need! Cannot recommend renting with New Generation Student Housing enough!
