Tons of parking, amazing customer service and great pricing.My first time buying real running shoes and strides was highly recommended by friends in the running community.I'm glad I went. They took their time explaining the different shoes, watched me try them all on and see how I moved with them and had me run on a treadmill to make sure they were comfy.I left with a pair I was extremely happy withI'll be back for all my running needs

Picked up some shoes as a pretty beginner runner, I’ve put 80kms on em since i got them and my feet are quite happy

Edit: I’ve had the shoes a few weeks and they are incredible. Taking the extra time to help me find the right fit has made a huge difference in my day to day comfort and recovery. I also picked up a pair of recovery slides and they are ever so comfortable. The low pressure sales vibe at your store is really great! Strides is the best running store in the south. I cannot comment on stores that are in other quadrants but for service and accomodation, Strides on Canyon Meadows Drive is fantastic. The staff go out of their way to remember your purchases and preferances, they display products in a effective manner that is not so common in other running stores. They will special order and special offer special attention when needed. This is the go to store for all things running. I can't recommend Strides Canyon Meadows high enough!

Best shoe shopping experience of my life. I have various foot problems and it is incredibly difficult for me to find comfortable shoes, plus my job has restrictions on footwear. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable on feet/shoes. I went in desperate for help as I am on my feet all day at work and Lauren was more than happy to help me. She spent a good 1 1/2 or longer trying to find the right shoe /insole combination. Most stores I feel embarrassed because I literally try on every shoe because nothing feels comfortable enough and the staff just let you do you own thing and. never at any point did I feel like a burden or an annoyance. I'm so grateful for the time and care that the staff took for me to leave happy and confident with happy feet. Strides is officially my go to shoe store from now on!

I've been to this store twice now to learn more about running shoes for winter road running and also to replace my regular running shoes. Both experiences were incredibly helpful by two different ladies who helped (forgot their names).My first experience (back in Nov/Dec 2020) included a really great discussion and explanation of the various winter running options and the pros/cons. I ended up picking up a pair of Solomon trail runners which were perfect for the winter runs.I recently came back to this store to explore some shoes to replace my current worn out runners. I brought my old pairs into the store to show the employee and ask what the lady would recommend for me based on my old pair. She was really helpful in recommending similar types of shoes that wouldn't be too different than what I was used to. I really appreciated her passion for shoes and answering all the questions I had. She was very knowledgeable in all types of shoes. She was the only employee working at the time, and managed to help multiple people at the same time with a very positive and professional attitude.Great experience shopping here! highly recommend!

Great experience at Strides Fish Creek. I was nervous going in because I've never had to get help fitting and buying shoes, but postpartum foot pain had me wanting some professional help. The team at Strides were very welcoming and the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and patient. I'm happy with my purchase and will return next time I need shoes :)

Absolute Best Pair of Shoes I have ever owned! Didnt have to go to orthopedics. Your staff are very helpful, positive and knowlegeable. The socks from South Africa actually help my arches from feeling fatigued. Didnt know socks could do that! Love being able to get on my feet again. Thankyou!
