The food I received was outright cold not even luke warm and Iwent straight back to make a complaint and they gave me a new order that was barely room temperature.I forgot about the last incident and went there again only to receive cold food again. Won't be back

Served brown lettuce and slimy old tomato on my wife's burger. My onion rings had no seasoning and were the texture of cardboard. Managers solution was to buy another meal and they'd do better this time.". Expects me to pay for a 60 dollar order twice to get ONE that's actually fit to eat? I don't think so. Don't go here and don't order through skip or door dash either."

Always a pleasurable experience going to any A&W, But this one takes the cake for me.The people here are super friendly.They always have such a great attitude, & are so caring towards their customers.Bringing food to the table with a smile and without complaint, I love it.Store cleanliness is on point.Coffee is always fresh, and honestly better then other local, or big name coffee shops.Great atmosphere. Will be back.

Great food and good service. Great place for a late night snack or a family lunch. Has significantly improved customer service since the last time I reviewed this location. Can take a while to complete some orders.

Wonderful place, Not much busy. The staff are friendly. We ordered Mama Burger combo with onion rings and fries. It was fresh and delicious. Wheel chair accessible. The washroom was well kept, neat and clean.Worthy for five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've always loved A&W but on a recent visit I paid &17.56 for a single, sloppy and wet burger and 6 (yes 6) over seasoned onion rings. Absolutely ridiculous. Probably will never eat at A&W again. Much better quality and value at most other chains. They have lost themselves with low quality and high priced good. You can get a steak and potatoes and a sit down restaurant for 11 bucks more. Ripoff.

The chicken buddy burger had substance at one time but now it's a very thin sliver of chicken that's breaded which is odd and a strange texture. The server kept talking to my deaf friend and ignoring me while I'm repeating that he can't hear because he's deaf lol also the order was wrong but I'm not going back up lol

Absolutely amazing customer service. Food was ready in 2 minutes. Very friendly and brought the food to our table. All with a smile on their faces. Definitely will be coming back!
