I work at a logistics company based out of Mississauga and have been using MKT for about 2 years now. The service level has been unmatched by any other courier / trucking company i have had to work with. Not even close. They pick up and deliver on time, very honest if there is any mistakes (which in 2 years I think I can count on one hand) and are always willing to help if they can. I'd give them 6 stars if I could because it is so rare to find this level of service in the courier / trucking world.

Very unreliable. Order for same day delivery was picked up and never delivered and then when you call to inquire they are very rude and tell you We don't have to tell you when there is a delay

Mark (the owner) personally took care of an critical crosstown business delivery for us. I'm out of the country mind you. With less than 10 minutes notice he made the impossible possible. Communicated during the entire process. My panic subsided quickly when I realized how on top of it they were. Great company who will take care of you. Give them a shot, you will not disappointed.
