Sivarulrasa Gallery is one of my favourite places in Almonte. I love the diversity of art, and the regularly rotated exhibits. I tend to go in on a monthly basis to see what they have. Whenever I have a guest in town, I take them there. Sanjeev, the owner, and his wife and staff have always been warm, and welcoming. Once my eight year old accompanied me, and Sanjeev generously answered his excited questions about photographing stars and space. I love that they have a program that helps to make art more accessible for businesses with an option to lease artwork, and am looking forward to pursuing that for my own home and business. Almonte is lucky to have Sivalrurasa as part of its historic downtown.

Unique exhibits, meetings with artists. Free wine some days.
