It took me a year to draft this review as I was left shaken up by my experience with the owner. I am part of a Wellspring group and three of the women in my group had the same type of experience. All of us reported it to our social worker in the hopes something would be done. Sadly nothing was, this is why I want other women to know if they are look for kindness and compassion, I strongly recommend not going here. The owner will treat you like a second class citizen!

Emailed via the website to make an appointment to have my daughter fitted for a bra. Received a call later that day. The ladies were kind and careful. My daughter was nervous but never once did she feel uncomfortable with the situation which is hard for a 16 y/o. We had to have something special ordered but it only took a day! Thank you for your help! All COVID-19 protocols remained in place.

I had a terrible experience with the owner. She treated me like I was garbage, I video recorded our interaction after she refused to help me. She even had the audacity to call me racist after I refused to leave without the bras I came to pick up. She claims to be a activist for women, she is not!

Always look forward to my bra fitting at Premier Jour. One of the best lingerie and bra store in the city. The owner and her staff provide amazing service and always know what products best suit the customer. Yes, the bras are pricey but worth it because they fit amazing and look great under your clothes.

The shop is beautiful and the service was exceptional. I was looking for full support bras and typically my options are somewhat limited. Within minutes I was fitted and had such a wonderful selection of bras to try on. I purchased 3 bras . They are full support, sexy, fun and pretty. So happy with my purchase and equally happy to write this post. I will be returning in the future. Thank you Natasha!

I do not recommend this place. Terrible customer service, did not let me see the products. If he dares to treat other people as racist... then it leaves a lot to think about. Because when I entered with my husband I was speaking my native language and the treatment was terrible, I would call that person discriminatory and segregative.

The customer service was excellent and the woman that helped me was very knowledgeable. I was given a slight discount when purchasing the two bras together, but after searching for the brand of the bras online, I came across the exact bras for half of the price that I paid. The price seemed very high and I understand it is an independent store that gives you a service, but finding the bras for literally half the price online in my size was quite upsetting, which is why I gave such a low rating despite the fact that the store gives very good customer service.

I had an amazing experience here. I had been struggling for months to find a bra that looked good under my wedding dress. I expected to be spending all my afternoon trying to find what I needed. Instead, I walked in to Premier Jour Fine Lingerie with my wedding dress and less than 10 mins later walked out with the perfect bra. The ladies here are extremely talented and know their stuff. Will definitely be going back for my regular lingerie.
