Unfortunately this Tim Hortons is the only one that I pass by when heading into work. I've been to lot of Tim Hortons and this by far is the worst of them all. The staff are very lazy and slow to take your order and do not make the food with good effort. When you get the food it looks terrible and tastes just as bad. When you try to bring up your concerns the staff give you dirty looks.I had a coffee made as well and staff didn't write down how many cream/sugar they had put in the coffee. When I asked them don't you usually write down what you put? How do I know what's in my coffee? The staff person just wrote it down and rudely handed it back to me with no apology, smile or anything. Very rude unprofessional with no people skills staff this location has. Unfortunately the only Tims I pass by but will try my best not to have to stop there if I don't need to. Don't need the bad food, service or rude dirty looks.

To improve the customer experience at this Tim Hortons location, it is advisable to consider hiring additional staff to manage the front counter. During my recent visit, I queued behind two customers to purchase 2 coffees and Timbits, but the female cashier appeared to be multitasking by preparing breakfast items and brewing coffee, while the other two employees (a male and a female) seemed to be idle.It appeared that a baseball team comprising about 10 individuals had arrived to grab some breakfast before their game, and several of them ended up leaving due to the long wait. I overheard some them who had patiently waited for 30 minutes, and felt badly for them. This situation was frustrating for everyone involved, and my own order took approximately 20 minutes to be fulfilled, which was significantly longer than it should have taken (2 coffees and Timbits was ordered)Given this unpleasant experience, I cannot recommend this Tim Hortons location. Never. Ever.

Food is standard Tim Hortons fare. This location is always busy. There would be a line up long enough to spill out to Lougheed Hwy, exacerbating rush hour traffic. Early weekend mornings, I would expect a coffee-and-donut run to take 15min. This is due in no small measure to the Tim Horton workflow. Still it Timmy's and you go to Timmy's if you are Canadian.

Always good and fresh. We can't find any tim Hortons in the USA. So whenever we visit Canada this is a must go place for breakfast.

Again, Tim Hortons, please pay attention in customer service improvements. Lunch time is a peak time! So put all efforts to reduce the lead time to prepare the meals… one cashier is not enough! Thank you in advance!

You never can go wrong with a dozen donuts for under $15. I do love their coffee. There's one thing I don't like about this location though, which is the parking. I don't frequent this location just because of this. It shares a parking lot with Trevor Linden gym. Tim Hortons maybe has eight stalls in front and I believe two of them are wheelchair accessible spots. So if you can, just walk to this location.

Any one else believe things will be different and yet walk out with food from Tim Hortons being yet again hustled!! The only thing that’s good about this place is a coffee and donuts and even that’s pushing it!The food quality is awful, I thought we had to be careful with what subway calls meat, but this chicken wrap felt like I was biting into nothing more then fat, while also being cold!!And when they gonna update the package for donuts so we don’t end up having to lick the brown paper ( I wasn’t going to be doing that - just saying it for a friend)So bad, and I keep thinking this time I’ll get my lunch there as it be better, but nope just another waste of my time.

Staff service was at a minimum level. Had to repeat my request. They didn't even look at me when I was at the register or at the service counter. The location was not even busy.

Not very clean, all the tables has food crumbs and not wiped at all. staff working area was very dirty and ketchup sachets we all sticky! Staff was also looking uninterested in greeting and making order. Wrap was missing stuffing and tasted ok..will avoid this place in future!

Very poor service. Under staffed. Unclean tables and counter tops..took me 15 mins to get to place my order. Nope.. thankyou.. never again.
