Worked here for about a month, key takeaways:1. Supervisor for day shift (C) is very rude. First 2 days I came into work he gave me a headache and was constantly talking down to employees. It's not hard to spot a miserable person when they act like that.2. The cosupervisor (W), forgot his name, is what made those 1 or 2 days into 1 month. If he decides, he will easily make it up management and lead a good face for the company. People like him I WANT to work for, not HAVE to.Everyone in the factory is cool, but the supervisor and my FIRST impression of the place paint a different light than what it actually is. When he took a week off my mind felt so peaceful, but if administration knows why employee retention might be so low, that is the reason. Other than that I loved working at JEMs and everyone involved in this hard working company.Gave a 3 because, 1 to supervisor C, and 5 to everyone else there ⚜️❤️

Bad company. Stay away from this company as many miles as you can. Don’t even enter the building. Your 2.9 stars says you are a horrible “ H O R R I B L E “ Company.
