The five stars is not for the store itself but for the employee. I went to this location as a new customer wanting to get set up on a new mobile plan with a new phone. They didn’t have any of the three phones in stock that I was interested in. But Riley, the gal who looked after us was amazing. Very personable and knowledgeable. Willing to go that extra mile even though she couldn’t really help me with what I came in for. She was friendly and cheerful. I left disappointed with the location and lack of stock but not with the service I received.

I upgraded my iphone today in Fergus, Ontario and got excellent service and advice from Andrew M. He showed us three different scenarios to try to save us the most money and customize our new phone purchase. Thanks again Andrew for making our experience as quick and painless as possible!

Rogers is no longer the company it was. I have been a customer for 7 years but phone is no longer used for work so went in to ask for a cheaper service. Was told no problem, new deal had more data, cheaper, and a free tablet. when deal was emailed the price went up. this led to calls to customer service and trips to the store all passing the buck but assuring me the next person would take care" of me. Today spent 3 hours in store and parking lot being sent out to call customer retention as they could not find the notes from the rep. Was told no way they would honor what I was told. tablet went back

Fantastic service! I had 2 fantastic ladies helping me today. My phone just up and died, they helped me figure out how to get a new phone while spending the least amount of money! They were both great and quick service! Highly recommend them.

Ryley helped us get rid of my fossil of a phone, and get myself a new one, without changing the plan too much. She was helpful, knowledgeable and funny. We appreciate the time and effort she did for us today. We will definitely return!

I went in for an 0ngoing software problem that I had been unable to fix myself. The ladies were amazing and stuck with it until the issue was completely resolved. Friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly, was amazed how helpful they were.

Went there for a SIM card. You have to show photo ID to just to enter the store! If it wasn’t so a kid could have his phone back I would have have went somewhere else. Apparently customer service is dead, nothing but attitude. What happened to small towns and good service?
