I was operated on by Dr. Stone in July. It was a pleasure to deal with her. She was not the least bit dismissive of my concerns that were out of her comfort zone, but readily did more research to try and meet me at a level acceptable for both of us. As well, she took extra time during the operation to stick with our plan A despite the challenges. VERY VERY much appreciated! Such a kindly, concerned and gentle manner.

Terrible experience and service. It Took a year and a half to get in for appointment after being referred from my family doctor, very long time to wait for scar tissue surgery but i had no choice with their super busy waiting list.. I was told to show up at a time 8:45 am, and when i came at 8:40 the parking was full in the front. So i tried to park down the road which made me one minute late, and they wouldnt let me in for my appointment once i explained the situation. Terrible and rude service from the office. There are better options to chose from than this office. Thanks
