I took my 2 year old Toy poodle for grooming on Feb 22. Meet the groomer at the door and he ran the comb through him and said it’s good he is not matted as I had brushed him throughly before coming. 2hrs 40 mins later, I had an almost shaved unevenly cut dog. Even if they had to cut him short it should be done evenly. There are part behind his legs where in patches he has no hair. Not only that, they used some kind of shampoo that bleached his hair in parts. I had to take him again to another groomer to fix what they had done. I would never go back here. I should never have paid for the rotten job done. Just look at the uneven cut.

There is a very sweet little dog named Teddy that comes to greet customers. I picked him up (i asked permission first), and he snuggled with me. I was missing my furbaby at home, and I think he knew it. He was so cuddly, and I felt so much better after our snuggle. The lady running the store was super friendly and helpful. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. I highly recommend stopping in here even if your furbaby isn't with you.

This store has it all, friendly and helpful staff, great product, especially stylish winter sweaters. When we're (doggos included) visiting Banff or Canmore it definitely my go to store for treats and fashion:):)

This is a one stop shop for all your fur baby needs. Freshly homemade dog treats, lots of good selection on leash, harness and clothing. Our scruffy puppy is now a handsome happy puppy. We went in to get a new halter for our dog. The lady at the store was extremely nice and even helped us out with some skin irritation of our one dog. Also amazing dog cookies baked on site. Awesome pet store!!

After being out for a bike ride with our pup she cut a pad on her paw, upon arrival The Mut hut personal jumped to help Us and our retriever with both medicated wipes and some sealant for her pad as well as some socks to help us on our way! They help recieved was up and above and can’t thank them enough for helping piper out! Don’t hesitate to stop In and see them, best service bar none! Richard/Brit and Piper.

I have known the owner and her cutie dogs since the store opened. Watching this store grow and evolve has been a delight! I photograph dogs for a living and get a lot of products from companies and for testing so I want for naught. Despite that I can always find something unique and cool here and always pop in with guests and visitors to look around. The grooming area is open and visible from the street which is very important to me and will likely make the drive from Bragg Creek to have my new Afghan puppy groomed here
