I can not say enough of this amazing Doctor.He is the best specialist I have ever been too.He is clear in his treatment plan. He is so caring and personable.His whole team is fantastic and I have not received anything but exception care.Dr McGaw emails and texts with me and my anxiety from my issues is so much less. He is so quick to help and make your situation better.

I have seen Dr.McGaw many times over the years. He is one of the best nicest specialists I have met in my experience with specialists. We need more doctors like him.

I didn't get to see the doctor, but the receptionist, Donna, called me over 2 months after she received my referral, to tell me that the doctor does not see patients regarding my case. She lied about when she received the referral and tried to blame it on the referring doctor's staff, the RA oral clinic, and the doctor. When I told her that I would call the referring doctor's staff to let them know that they sent the referral to the oral clinic instead of doctor's office, she later called me back and said that she checked the date stamp more closely and that she did receive it directly that same day it was sent. Then she said that the doctor didn't triage and that she does the bookings. If she confirmed receiving the referral the day it was sent, why did it take her over 2 months to tell me the doctor does not look after my painful diagnosis, and to send the referral to another clinic? Very poor reception service.

Excellent Dr. addressed all the concerns, pleasant to visit.

The older receptionist is absolutely rude, speaks very unprofessional, very immature. Very ignorant! She's a definite reason to not go.

Dr McGraw seems good. Went in for a consult, agreed upon a treatment and booked appointment to have it done. 2 days before the appointment it was postponed and I was informed the treatment had changed they were now only doing a biopsy.. So whatever, then the appointment was changed again. I just gave up. The cancelled and postponed appointments are annoying. His receptionist is rude and argumentative, cuts you off in the middle of a sentence to argue, then hangs up on you if she's wrong or annoyed.
