Purchasing our vehicle with Audi Nanaimo has been a great experience. Kris, the sales manager, made us feel comfortable the moment we came into the dealership and throughout the sales process. Elliot, the sales rep, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in answering our questions. I would highly recommend working with Elliot as your sales rep, as he’s genuine and cares about his clients. Picking our car up was a fun experience with excellent service from the whole team, from accounting to insurance, making the process smooth and easy which was fantastic!

Editing it again. Kris helped me out to the fullest extent, helped me contact my previous dealership, Volkswagen canada. Some mishaps happened after the sale but Kris took it to himself to make sure everything was handled correctly. Again fully recommend this dealer ship after the purchase. Thank you again guys

Had a wonderful experience buying a pre-owned car at Audi Nanaimo with Elliot and the team there. Coming from Vancouver on the ferry, Elliot had the car and Jordan from the dealership waiting for me so I could test drive it back to the dealership. The car was beautiful and clean as was the rest of the dealership. Overall smooth and enjoyable process and would highly recommend to anyone looking for their next car!

I travelled to Nanaimo from Vancouver last month to view a vehicle and I was very impressed by all the staff at Audi Nanaimo! Kris was very professional, thorough and efficient. Before I arrived, Elliot made a great walk around video pointing out all the features and specs. Advish accompanied me on the test drive and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and Audi brand in general. All around, this was a great experience.

Extremely poor service. Not what should be expected form an luxury car dealership. Audi service on the mainland is phenomenal. Sadly, Nanaimo service is very poor. It took over three weeks to service our A\C unit on a two year old Q5. Communication was very poor. They did not know how to fix it and they were not up to date on current Audi protocols for fixing the system. They are not knowledgeable. They are not good at communication. Would have gotten better service at a KIA dealership. We will not service our car there ever again and would never buy a car from them. Most five star ratings for this dealership are based on new car sales. Everyone is nice when you give them $80k. What matters is the service once you own the car. Buyer beware.

Super friendly space and received excellent service from Raffaele Bavaro (financial service manager)He was very helpful and patient to answer any questions you had and can help you find the perfect vehicle for your fit!I definitely will be returning to them for my future car needs :)
