Very rude staff (argumentative) whom do a lot of double talk and don't understand the concept of customer serve. Very weak customer service and quick to make rulings" then pass the buck to the "owner" who is out of town...I would suggest

The storage spaces here are very clean and the location is convenient. This facility does not pro rate rental fees, only goes by month, so if you move out early in the month you will not get the rest of the month back. This facility has trolleys on site for you to move stuff in and out. The office staff has to check the trolleys in and out. Access to the lockers are available outside of office hours. If you are moving IN at a time that the office is not open you can sign out a key to a trolley to use at a time that the office is open. But if you are moving OUT at a time that the office is not open you cannot sign out a key to use a trolley.

I had a unit for approx. 6 years, until it was no longer needed this month. The facility is clean and secure, staff are friendly in my experience. I definitely liked having the key card access for before/after hours. If I need a unit in the future, I will definitely return.

Valleyview Mini Storage
Valleyview Mini Storage is by far the cleanest, most secure storage facility in the Kamloops area. Their staff are friendly and helpful and their location is convenient since it's right off the highway. There is a Starbucks and other shops in the same mall. If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, Valleyview Mini Storage is the place to do it.

The storage unit is great and is kept clean and well secure. I am only giving one star because the staff was extremely rude and talked down to me. They were very difficult to deal with and had poor customer service. Sad because your mini storage is great, just have poor staff.

Poor customer service. Wouldn't refund on unused moving materials. This was never made clear at the point of sale, and to make mater worse, the counter staff almost gloat on it.
