Purchased new vinyl flooring throughout the house. Our experience from selection, purchase, installation and on-going customer support during the entire process was outstanding. The floors & stairways are beautiful. Very happy with the job which was done and on-time. Adam and his team provided service above and beyond expectations. Would definitely recommend Vartanian Rugs.

Kelly helped us with a stair runner in our Hamilton home. Customer service from day one was fantastic, product was high quality and installer did a great job too! We later reached out to Kelly for a project near Georgian Bay. Even though he was unable to help us due to distance, he took the time to find and refer us a local company.

I have used Vartanian Flooring through Service Master through my insurance. They installed new tiles over the old damaged one which resulted in the tiles lifting. I have been trying to fix this issue with them and service master for 12 weeks without any progress or response.I have contacted both Service Master and Vartanian Flooring today again with pictures showing the improper installation.I hope the issue will be resolved professionally. I will provide the update.

Not happy with the installers they sent out REAKED of cigarette smoke. I had to send my carpet and underpad back because it reaked as they were smoking in the van with my products. They sent 3 men in their 70s to install basement carpet on very steep stairs. Showed up an hour early banging on my door. Overall not impressed.

My husband and I wanted to share what a professional, positive and all around great experience it was working with Adam and his team, Megan, Dino and Massimo during our flooring and stair recent renovation. From the start of the experience picking out flooring as well as the spindles for our stairs, right to the end of our project, the team was excellent to work with. They were extremely punctual and provided wonderful customer service. We would highly recommend using them for your next project!

Fantastic sales and installation with attention to detail! Great prices and they know their products! Super surprised to receive a followup call to make sure we were happy with the process and to call if we needed anything. This is the only place we will go to buy flooring from now on.
