Sabrina did a great job presenting the poducts I was interested in. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Daniel and Simon did a great job installing my new Fujitsu ductless heat pump. Daniel was efficient, courteous and happy to answer all my questions. I would not hesitate in recommending this company in the future.

After many estimations , when Philippe walked in our door his sincerity and genuine character is what sold us . He took the time to explain what we can do , and what was not needed to change if we didn’t want to . There was no sale pitch . It’s a family owned company and you see and feel the difference compared to any other company out there . We ended up changing our whole system as the price was amazing . We purchased a York infinity heat pump , what a excellent system it’s exactly what Philippe had said it was . It’s super quiet , we love our system ! The installation team one word , ‘ wow ‘they were amazing so professional and cleaned everything up after job was done . Mph wanted no payment, till all job was finished . I would recommend this company with no hesitation! Philippe thank you for your patience and always answering ASAP our calls and emails with so many questions we had . Thank you MPH !

After an exhaustive review of different brands and companies MPH was the company we decided to take for our complete HVAC change. They told it as it is. The MPH team did a great job, from sales, support and installation. Very happy with everything. Nice to see there are still companies with integrity and know that service is everything in business.

Excellent service by Michel, very professional, polite and caring for the customer. Not happy that the York heat pump already failed (installed this fall, brand new), but as for MPH, there is nothing to say but the best. Their response was prompt and the problem has been fixed in no time. Unfortunately, there are few companies or contractors of this quality these days in Quebec.

I've just replaced my old Sharp AC with a more updated version and I have only words of praise for the services offered by MPH. The service offered by the personnel with whom I've interacted was fast, courteous and professional. I also like that the prices are shown on the website and that there are no hidden fees for installing equipment. A true five star company. I hope they keep it up like that for many years to come.

Great experience from the first time that I called them for an estimate. When I decided to buy the unit, they arrived exactly on time for the appointment and were very courteous and professional as they installed the it. It works great and I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
