Leila is the best, it’s been 2 years I’m going to Leila beauty, she saved my hair with Botox. My hair was totally damaged . She made my hair and makeup on my very special day.

I have tried many hair salons over the years, but this salon will be my go-to. Leila and her staff were friendly, experienced and knowledgeable with positive energy. This salon is elegant and open without feeling stuffy and uncomfortable. Leila did an incredible job without damaging my hair. I’m very picky with my hair and was very happy with her work. Will be coming back.

This was my first visit to Leila’s Salon and I found her to be very personable and her salon is bright, clean and well maintained. Leila is very attentive to all of her clients. Everyone that works there are very friendly and welcoming. I definitely will return. Love my new hairstyle and hair color.

I made an appointment (in person, not on the phone) to have my hair balyaged for the Spring. I sent pictures to the hair stylist Leila (the proprietor of the salon) who had given me her personal cell # so I could send her pictures of the colour I was looking to achieve. Given I had not seen Leila for a colour prior, I wished to be precise, as you know how important hair transformation means to us ladies. It was the first sunny day in Vancouver in ages and I was thrilled to have the lights turned up on my dark fall grow out. I blocked out the entire afternoon for the procedure (as a full set of highlights takes time), downloaded an audio book to listen to and brought a bevy with me arriving to the salon at 2pm sharp. Ready and excited but wait, where was Leila? One of the other ladies working said she should be in soon if I had an appointment. I waited with 100% confidence and sent Leila a text asking if she was near. No reply. Very strange. The worker then stated that Leila hadn't been in that Friday and mentioned she spoke of entertaining guests that day. Excuse me? My excitement began to waver. So I made this appointment over a week ago IN PERSON, sent pics to her cell number and she's NOT HERE??? This is a business, HER business! After waiting a half hour I left. I sent two follow up messages to Leila regarding the situation and no reply. NOTHING. Is this how you treat a valued customer? No explanation, no apology, zero communication. Have you ever been stood up on a date before? This felt exactly the same only worse as I was paying for the service! I was STOOD UP by my HAIR STYLIST!!! What a waste of my day. I left bewildered, super disappointed, and angry. Justifiably so. Six months earlier I had visited this salon for another treatment and was quite pleased. This is why I was returning. You can imagine how this was a complete shock and undeniably disrespectful. You are suppose to leave a salon feeling refreshed and energized yet all I felt is that horrible feeling when someone STANDS YOU UP AND WASTES YOUR DAY. A feeling that lingers. I understand some salons are asking for a deposit up front to deter flakey clients who cancel last minute unannounced, so what about my valuable time?

I did a Balayage at Leila Beauty's Salon and LOVED it! They listened to what I asked for and I was really happy with the result! great products no damage to my curly hair!

Leila is a very skilled lady with patient and responsible morals, her hairdressing skills and haircuts are truly unique and she does the best according to the customer's taste.
