Oh what a difference a month makes!!! I left a very honest review a while back (below) about my experience at this location... shortly after I received a call from the owner. He apologized and offered a redo". After a couple weeks I decided to take him up on it. I had Jason this time and wow it was like night and day and so glad I decided to take the owner up on his offer! The front end staff were friendly and Jason was amazing. His knowledge of the human body and relaxation massage was a 10/10 I will definitely be going back to him soon. I also have to say the fact that the owner of this location takes the time not only to read reviews but respond to both good and bad experiences puts this location above most others. Thank you and see you soon:)I went for a much needed massage yesterday and honestly I thought I was getting punked! I almost left half way through but just kept hoping it would get better buy unfortunately it only got worse. The guy was well aware of my arthritis but proceeded to Crack and pull on my fingers and toes

Pros: gf was in pain (neuropathy) and they managed to get us in on the long weekend on very short notice. She said Loki was amazing and was able to do a deep tissue she really needed a bit better than the female massage techs there. Thank you Loki.

Nice quiet atmosphere - extremely relaxing. Booked with Rachelle and she was awesome at working out the knots in my back and legs. Will be returning to see her again.

Would give 0 stars if I could, our family will never be going back here again. Have a special occasion? Don’t even bother booking. Booked a massage more than a month advance for a Father’s Day massage first thing in the morning. Got a call LESS THAN 24 hours before Father’s Day to let us know the massage has been cancelled and that a male masseuse would be available at a time slot smack dab in the middle of the day. My husband & I have had two massages thus far and both were just fabulous, feeling better every visit. We, have had amazing experience in New Zealand with acupuncture, cupping & Bloodletting, so I had my 1st appointment yesterday for acupuncture & cupping, it was so amazing & I can not wait to have my next appointment.The facility has an amazing warm welcoming feeling as well as the staff.I always comment about customer service because it’s the most important part of any business, without top notch over the top customer service, you won’t have customers. The massage therapists here do not give you your full hour massage. We had one massage therapist show up late to a massage, and still didn't give us the full hour. Then we had another experience where they started late and finished early, then once they realized the time, tried to sit and chat about stretches. They also over charge compared to other massage places. Will not be going back.

First time was great! I got deep tissue massage! Can’t complain my lower back feels amazing today the day after! Very grateful! I will go back for sure! Ryan is the best he even suggested some stretches to help me out and showed me how to do them. Appreciated that!

Fantastic first visit with Marian G! She checked with me numerous times whether the pressure was ok & even put a small towel over my hair so I didn’t end up leaving looking like Professor Brown in ‘Back to the Future’ from all the oil in my hair! I’m happy to say I’ve found my new massage place and already booked back!
