Fixed KitchenAid Dual Fuel RangeJC Appliance Repair fixed my range when Whirlpool said it wasn't fixable. Whirlpool actually told me that they don't make the parts anymore. I bought my KitchenAid Professional Series Dual Fuel Range in 2004 but have taken excellent care with it. Sometimes the oven would work and some days it wouldn't. Johnny was diligent and worked like a surgeon to take the control panel apart and replaced the part. There isn't a lot of room to work in this area but Johnny fixed it and meticulously put it back together. My oven works again! Thank you so much for your professional knowledge and fast, excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to recommend JC Appliance Repair!

Issue: KitchenAid refrigerator not cooling.The purpose of this review will be to highlight the red flags with this company so you can benefit from my lesson.I do not recommend this company. The technician Johnny was prompt in his initial response but after paying over $680 for a defrost service" (1.25hr of labor and no parts) and I am still without a working refrigerator.I am currently working on an alternative refrigerator repair but and I will update this thread with a detailed timeline once time permits"

My oven broke down. JC Appliance Repair had good reviews so I gave them a call. Johnny responded quickly by text and we were able to set up a diagnostic appointment. The problem was accurately diagnosed and the repair done quickly. Although it was an expensive repair, it was less than half the cost of a new oven. Very pleased with my decision and I highly recommend their services.

Johnny just let our house after checking our washing machine. It started making a ton of noise yesterday and he was able to come less than 24 hours after we called him. He was punctual, honest and knowledgeable. Our washer didn’t even need a repair (right now.) Instead he gave us some recommendations to prolong its life to save us some money. We cannot express how much we appreciate his advice and would highly recommend his services.

We had a fault with our LG gas dryer making an excessively loud noise - JC Appliance was able to quickly diagnose, tear down and repair so that it's working good as new without any issues. We contacted them late on Tuesday, they started the work on Thursday ahead of schedule and were able to complete in a short time on Friday after returning with the required parts.Great service all around.
