Budget Car Rental

Overall we had a pretty good experience renting here. The staff were all super nice. There was a bit of a wait to pick up the car, like other people mentioned, but that's to be expected when there are 5 people in front of you also wanting to pick up a car at the same time.It's a small place, and it might be understaffed, or it might just have busy times. I don't know. So, I would suggest going in a bit early so you can get your car on time.

Nice staffs and good cars.Good for newcomers, because of accepting international driving license.Before coming there, I tried another agency too and it asked me many documents like as my home country's original driver license, but this one just need my International driving license.

We had a pretty bad experience renting a car here. It was a lovely sunny sunday with many people planning a trip out of town and there was only one person behind the counter to serve the (more or less) 30 people waiting in line in the tiny office to get a car. We had a reservation for 9 am, which is when the office opens and weren't able to leave with our car until 10:30. On top of that they don't have a key drop off like most places, so if you come back at night you have to go to their office the next morning which is a bit of a pain tbh. Would not recomend.

Overcharged my card without any notification because - wasted many hours on the phone with budget to get the charge reversed. The charge was literally ten times what was meant to be charged...DO NOT RENT FROM HERE understaffed, no key drop box, no trust.If you do rent from here BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR FINAL BILL

Excellent service! The car was given us for a better price than online. Go directly to the counter and speak with the people working there. They will be very helpful! Don't forget, it's a small location, they have a limited amount of cars they can store and local use the service very often. Go there one day before just to reserve your spot and do the paper work and the d day you are ready to go. Don't trust bad reviews, car rental could be easy but in the big picture giving someone a >20k$ object is not so simple.Overal, thank you, I had one of my best road trips with my brother!

Saved CD$600 for a 10 day holiday rental by taking at $10 bus and subway ride from the airport and picking up the car here. This facility gets its cars shipped from somewhere else and there were times when I had to wait more than an hour (once I gave up). Today I was lucky, there was one car in the small lot and it was mine

I rarely write reviews, but this location has repeatedly made me wait for over 30 mins, only to be told they have no vehicles. And yes, I had reservations. For over 15 years I had excellent service here. But it is now terribly run. Sad to have to write this and to have to stop visiting this local location. If this happens to you I recommend calling Budget and asking for a free rental. They gave me 2 days.

I rented in mid August and it was easily the worst car rental experience I've had. I arrived at the line for Budget at 2:40. It took about 45 minutes to get to the counter. Despite having a reservation, I was told that it would be about 25 minutes because they were getting a car ready. I didn't leave with a car until about 4:30. Clearly something was wrong that day. Many, many people waiting for cars and many people becoming agitated.I paid for a GPS but was given one that wasn't functional. We didn't realize this until on the way out of the airport. I returned to another Budget the next day to exchange for another GPS.I reserved an automatic, but was given a car that was a semi automatic. I wasn't told it was a semiautomatic or how to put it into automatic mode. The employee at the Budget that I went to the next day was very helpful in showing me how to put the car into automatic mode.Overall not a very positive experience renting from Budget. Will definitely bypass this car rental company in the future.

(EDITED) Extremely good service, and low prices. I've already reserved 4 times and since I've got the Fastrack card, I even had a lower price than expected.Customer service is very nice, they know what they are doing and they are very friendly.I'm definitevely coming back for my next rentals!(EDITED) Not a 5-stars service anymore, more like a 2 out of 5

Among the worst experiences I ever had with a car rental service. More than five hours waiting without a car available despite a reservation made weeks before, desk person won’t give any information, at phone the customer service was totally useless and uninformed, … don’t recommend at all!
