U-Haul Moving & Storage of West Kelowna

New manager, new faces..was a complete delight, very knowledgeable and customer oriented unlike uhaul on enterprise, this is my new goto even though it's a bit out of the way. The higher ups should take note and do the same to enterprise.

Got a cargo van the check engine light oil change needed was on when we got it. The thing had sloppy strearing and the breaks or break calipers ? Idk when you used the breaks it pulled and made weird noise. Dangerous nit road worthy. I rented from Kelowna and had to use it in town and return to Kelowna although I was going 1000 km the other way and pay for it or they wouldn't rent me the u haul? Manager asked how it drove I told him like don't go here and deal with this sub par unsafe shady scam of a service .

We got hitch installed by west Kelowna U haul.The guy name I think Chayton very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly he went beyond taken care of my vehicle did his job well done.

Chayton is such a helpful and does above and beyond work. Super polite and friendly.

When I first started coming here in 2019 the condition was AMAZING. Slowly over the time everything has fallen apart. The floors are in rough shape and the Bathroom has been out of order for 8+ months. The lights do not work in the corner by my storage unit and lots of garbage on site. Not well maintained.

This location is far by the worst I’ve ever dealt with. There combined brain power may equal less of a cockroaches. It pains me to see all that happened at this location. The new manager is an absolute zero. Maybe a negative . All I know is I’ll happily deal with the Kelowna location instead from now on.

Have had to use this location on a few occasions now when doing a large appliance parts purchase. Great hours, clean and well lit facility. Front desk staff are knowledgeable as well as friendly. A great combination and a great place for us - close to my store and the hours are perfect for ease of access. Thank you for a job well done.

The staff member I had the pleasure of interacting with (believe her name was Chrissy) was friendly, accommodating and professional. She (and her daughter visiting her?) showed such genuine compassion when I arrived in the late afternoon, unable to pay for a lock for my Ubox, looking for a freebie then offering to pay for one for me.Albeit brief, as I was just there loading a unit for shipping, they made a very emotionally difficult time and experience for me, so much easier.

I have used this u-haul location many times over the past few years and cant say enough good things about the management, and team they have working there. They are personable, efficient and very well organized in comparison to other locations. If you are looking to rent a truck in the area, I strongly recommend booking with them.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. The customer service is horrible, the employees are untrained, and I have been lied to multiple times here. I am in the middle of moving and missed payment by less than 72hrs. I paid and then called to make sure the 2nd lock was off my unit so I could access it. I was promised by an employee it would be done. I filled 2 vehicles with my stuff, ready for storage, and drove 35 minutes (each way) to my unit. I arrived to it double locked. I will be going in there in the morning to share my frustrations with their manager, then I will likely be looking for a new storage company.Also, it takes multiple phone calls and countless time to actually get ahold of someone who works here.0/10, would not recommend to even my worst enemy.
